We offer free shipping across Canada on all purchases over $500 (before taxes).
Processing and shipping times depend on product availability, warehouse location, and delivery destination.
- Standard processing time: 5–7 business days
- If out of stock: Please allow an additional 7–10 business days
Shipping Damages
Inspect all packages upon delivery.
If any damage is visible, please report it immediately to info@justwheels.ca so we can file a courier claim.
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
- Contact our Customer Care Specialists immediately.
- A replacement will be arranged and shipped as soon as possible.
If damage is discovered after opening the package:
- Take photos of the damaged item(s).
- Contact our Customer Care team.
- We’ll schedule a pickup and process a replacement once the courier confirms pickup.
Please ensure all items and accessories are repackaged in the original box for courier collection.
Providing photos of the damaged box or items helps expedite replacements.
Order Lost in Transit
If your tracking number shows no delivery or movement, notify us immediately.
We will contact the courier to locate the package.
If the courier confirms the package is lost, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.
Fast Shipping
At Just Wheels, our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Most orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within 2–10 business days.
Please note:
- Courier delays and weather conditions may affect delivery times.
- Orders placed during or around Civic Holidays may experience a 1–2 business day delay.
All shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Free Shipping Exclusions
Free shipping applies to wheel and/or tire orders over $500 before taxes to eligible locations in Canada.
Exclusions include:
- Oversized items
- Shipments to the following regions:
- Yukon
- Northwest Territories
- Nunavut
- Northern Labrador
- Northern regions of each province (postal codes beginning with V0, A0, B0, G0, J0, P0, R0, S0, T0)
If you live in one of these regions, please contact info@justwheels.ca before placing your order to obtain a shipping quote.
Customers with invalid or ineligible addresses will be contacted with their shipping quote before the order is processed.
Order Processing and Shipping
All orders are submitted to our warehouse network and undergo a secondary fitment verification.
If an issue arises, customers will be notified within 2–5 business days of placing the order.
Tracking details will be emailed once the order leaves the warehouse.
Shipping Address Options
Orders can be shipped to your billing address or an alternate address.
We do not ship to multiple addresses in one order.
If you need to ship to more than one location, please place separate orders.
Each shipment will incur its own shipping charges.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive:
- An email once your order is fully processed
- A second email with tracking information once your order ships
Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused upon delivery, it will be returned to the warehouse.
All associated shipping and return costs will be deducted from your refund, unless an exception is approved by JustWheels.ca management.

Special Orders
Special-order items do not qualify for free shipping.
Shipping times vary depending on manufacturer availability.

Include the part number and shipping address in your message.
If you have already placed a special order, you will be notified of:
- The estimated arrival time
- Any additional shipping fees before the order is finalized with the manufacturer.
International Shipping
