At JustWheels.ca, every product we sell is protected by a manufacturer’s warranty. Each manufacturer has its own specific terms and conditions, which generally cover repair or replacement of defective items.

Please note that JustWheels.ca does not cover or reimburse for labour costs, installation fees, or any damages resulting from product installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

How to Request Warranty Assistance

For warranty inquiries, contact our Customer Care team at info@justwheels.ca

We can either:

  • File a warranty claim on your behalf, or
  • Provide the manufacturer’s contact information so you can reach them directly.

Tip: Contacting the manufacturer directly may speed up the process, as they can often arrange replacement items faster. Claims processed through JustWheels.ca may take additional time.

Freight and Shipping Responsibility

All shipping and freight costs associated with warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer, not JustWheels.ca.

If a product becomes defective and qualifies under the manufacturer’s warranty, we will assist in submitting your claim and coordinating with the manufacturer. Please note that refunds are not issued for warranty claims, as manufacturer warranties typically cover repair or replacement only.

Defective Items or Shipping Damage

If you are submitting a warranty or damage claim, please include:

  • Clear photos or videos of the defect or damage (max file size: 15MB)
  • A brief description of the issue and proof of purchase
