Return Policy

Just Wheels wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not pleased with the merchandise that you receive, or you have simply changed your mind, we will provide you with a refund within 7 days of the date of delivery.

What Can I Return?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). In the event of fitment, flaw or defect pictures may be necessary to complete your request.

The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:

Items Marked "Non-Returnable" (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order)

Please take a few minutes to read the following guidelines and instructions.

YOU MUST MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR RETURN

  • The name the merchandise was purchased under must be written clearly on the Package/Label.

  • Tires must not be driven on or mounted.

  • Wheels must not have been driven on or mounted or test-fitted on the vehicle.

  • All merchandise must be properly packaged.

  • For your protection, it is recommended that the merchandise be insured during shipping.

  • Please make sure the return address is clearly written on the package and the label.

TIRES, WHEELS, AND PACKAGES

  • Secure any loose materials such as center caps, lug nuts/bolts and valve stems in a separate package.

  • Wheels must have a foam sheet pad protecting the face of the wheel from any cardboard chafing.

  • Any Styrofoam packing material received with the shipment must be reused in the same way.

  • Please remove any staples that may damage product during shipping.

  • Each package must be clearly labeled with the address for Just Wheels as well as your address. We will specify the correct Distribution Center to return your merchandise to, relative to your location.

  • In the case of returning a tire/wheel package, please use a high strength tape in place of nylon bands.

ACCESSORIES

  • Secure any loose items to ensure all items all returned

  • If available, original packaging should be used during shipping

  • Place label on package so it can be clearly seen for return

  • Once the product is received, we will issue agreed upon refund amount

REFUND CALCULATIONS

  • Tires – Credit less all freight charges.

  • Wheels – Credit less all freight charges.

  • Tire/Wheel Packages – All Final Sales. No Refunds or Returns on Packages

FULL CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED

  • The wrong merchandise is shipped.

  • The merchandise is damaged during shipping.

  • The merchandise is defective.

  • The merchandise does not properly fit your vehicle and Just Wheels approved fitment.

FULL CREDIT WILL NOT BE ISSUED DUE TO IMPROPER PACKAGING

If the packages are not treated gently during shipment and without the proper packaging, the products can become damaged. It is the customers’ responsibility to make sure the wheels and tires are protected. Under no circumstance will Just Wheels accept a return of product that is damaged due to the negligence of the customer. Remember, the products are still your property until Just Wheels receives them back.

Can I cancel my order?

If you cancel your order any time prior to shipping, we reserve the right to charge you a re-stocking fee of 15% on the product only. If your order has been shipped, and it is in transit to you, please contact us immediately. We will try to intercept your order and have it returned to us, but please be advised that the credit for the order will be issued as per our Return/Refund Policy and you will be charged for incurred shipping charges both directions.

ORDER ERRORS

We kindly ask that you provide a picture of the incorrect product when requesting an RMA. This will ensure full refund or the proper exchange should any questions or issues arise.

If an error occurs where the item was not the correct part (as per order), or what you received is not the right make/model/year application, or is defective, please contact our Customer Care Specialists immediately. We will review the details and provide you with the next appropriate steps.

If Just Wheels is not at fault for the error, any shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. If the error is made by the shipper/manufacturer, please contact our Customer Care Specialists.

Any shipping costs incurred for returning an incorrect order will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the incorrect order is due to an error made by Just Wheels.
